Pastoral care (equipping and extending the team) and Charitable Works
- Recruit and train new pastoral care team members (including from seniors)
- Reconvene the team for a refresher/relaunch with congregation
- Place of Welcome and Job Club: re-launch

- Explore the use of social media as a pastoral resource

- Work with local organisations and police to support community (eg homelessness, drugs abuse, domestic violence etc)

- Ensure high profile in community especially with CWG next year
- Keep the church and grounds looking smart so people know we are active and open! (Maybe a new team of grounds people?)
- Improve the notice boards outside church and maybe reinstate one by the hall entrance/car park
