We are always delighted to welcome children and young people to St John's Church, and to support children, young people and their families in our community of Perry Barr.
On Thursdays, we offer a Stay and Play group, called 'Jesse Tree', open to all under-5s, and our St John's Youth Club in the evening, open to all 6-16 year olds. Please follow the links in the menu to read more about these groups and to register.
Most Sunday mornings, during our 10.30 Parish Mass, our youngsters are invited to go to the Church Centre for 'Children's Worship', led by experienced leaders. Once a month (usually the last Sunday), we all stay in Church for our 'Praise Together' service (which sometimes includes baptisms) - our less formal, family-friendly service of Holy Communion.
All of our leaders hold appropriate DBS certificates and have undertaken all safeguarding training required by Church of England Birmingham.
